DEFYING INSTRUCTIONS LEGALLY INFLICTS GENERATES EVERY NEW CULPABLE ENTANGLEMENT
Today I delve upon the word every bank employee is trained and taught to imbibe in his working culture. Our service interests and our Bank’s interests are not different. One compliments the other. Due diligence is the basic quality we all have to remember and religiously follow in every aspect of our life more particularly in banking service.
We are more vulnerable in this computerized working culture and we must exercise due diligence in carefully effecting various transactions in the course of our duties. It is imperative to properly protect your password while working.Acronym of the word ‘password’ says it all.
PASSWORD
PASSWORDS ARE SAFELY SECURED WATCHFULNESS OBVIOUSLY REQUIRES
DILIGENCE
Password protection promptly promotes and protects the service interests of the officer. The Bank’s interests are automatically protected. The galloping increase in the password related fraud cases besides causing loss to the institution also affects those whose passwords are reportedly misused.
If however one belongs to the category where PASSWORD means
PASSWORDS ARE SIMPLY SHARED WITHOUT OBSERVING REQUIRED DILEGENCE
Then one is liable for accountability which process breeds more tensions.
CBOAcalls upon all the Officers to strictly adhere to systems and procedures. Please follow the rules in your own interests, in the interests of the clients and in the interests of the Bank. If one still takes risks then please remember
