11^th BLOOD DONATION CAMP

 ON 26^th JANUARY, 2007

 CHANDIGARH  REGION

Chandigarh Region organised its 11th Blood Donation Camp.

Sri Y L Madan, General Manager, inaugurated the Camp. Sri H Biswas, DGM was also present at that occasion.  Dr J G Jolly, Founder of the Voluntary Blood Donation Movement in India visited the Blood Donation Camp and was very appreciative.

Sri Atul Kapoor,  Organising  General  Secretary was the first to donate the Blood.

Sri Rajinder Garg donated blood 131st time and Sri Sudhakar Ahuja, R.C.Member, 37th time.

Sri B M Dutta, Regional Chairman;Sri Raman Anand, Regional Secretary & Sri S K Sharma, C C Member; Sri Virender Tandon, ARS; Sri Ashok Arora, ARS; Sri A S Walia, Dist.Secy. Canara Bank Officers’ Association, Chandigarh Region participated along with other functionaries of the Association along with their family members from Chandigarh and nearby places like Ambala, Ludhiana, Patiala, Jalandhar, Shimla, Panchkula & Mohali. 

189 units of blood were donated on this occasion.
