7th YOGA CAMP AT CHANDIGARH 

04.05.2008 to 13.05.2008

CBOA Chandigarh  Region  conducted a YOGA & MEDITATION Camp at Chandigarh under guidance of Rev.  Swami Sharnanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj (88 years) from 04-05-2008 to 13-05-2008 every morning from 6 am to 8 am. More than 25 persons were benefited by this camp.  Swami ji also advised many natural medicines for good health and many other very effective remedies for back-pain, etc. The meditation session held by him were also very knowledge and thought provoking besides being very soothing.  In the photograph , Swami ji and members can be seen,  performing Asanas.
