YOGA CAMP AT BATHINDA

CBOA District Bathinda conducted a YOGA Camp at Bathinda. Swami Sharnanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj conducted the programme and explained the nuances of Asanas,  Pranayama and meditation. Two Camps were conducted of 1.5 hours daily - For men and women in the Morning and  only for ladies in the evening. More than 50 persons were benefitted by the camp. The camp got wide appreciation by the Staff and Public. In the photograph , Swamiji can be seen, in Green Dress, performing Asanas.
